"Contact Ring Owner" link added

We've added a link in the Ring Browser screen next to the "Join" link to allow users to contact  the Ring Owner.

To prevent spam only users who are logged in can use the form. The user name and email address are sent with the user's message so the Ring Owners will have a point of contact.
