change of email not working

Hi Admin,
I changed and updated my email some time ago. But some how new applicants emails are still directed to my old email. I checked my account setting, it is the new email. I checked indivuial ring settings, no email settings there.

Let me make sure I understand- the email in your Ring System account (not the message board) has been changed, but somewhere it's still referencing an old email address. Can you point me to where I can see where the old email address is apparently being used? (In other words, what link are people clicking on that references the old address?)

I see two accounts in the Ring System that have 'killer' in them, one as the user name and one that uses 'killer' in the email address. Which one of those is you, and what is the Ring System account number that you see when you log into the Ring System?

My account is 1011.
My current email is ***@singnet.com.sg
 
My old email is ***@mailshell.com
 
Hope this helps. My rings were created from the old system where each ring have a email. When you merge them do you merge the emails to the account?

Okay, I think I see part of what's happening. Tell me- where do you see the old email being used, or what link are people clicking on that uses the old email?

I only discovered this problem when I still recieve mail to old email when someone sign up for one of my webring. Other than that I don't have any idea. They either sign up from webring page or from my homepage, which have the ring codes. But the generated email coming from webring is what I have no control.

Ahhh, okay. I think this is fixed now. The email should now be pulled from the right place and it should be the current email address shown in your User Account screen. Please let me know if you still see anything that isn't right.
