A snag? and a query!
« on: Feb 02 07 »

The _snag_ is the CIRCUS & CLOWNING Webring,
when I chose the "Previous Site" I get the sites which are "active" in the webring only, which is right,
BUT
when I chose the "Next Site" I get the sites which are "active" AND the sites which are "in-active" as well!!!!
It is obvously wrong as the sites won't have NavCode in the site!
I suggest that the "handler" refers to the wrong colum of the database, the "list" colum I should think?

It's the same with all the rings that I have!
I have temporarily taken two "in-active" from the other rings that I am ringmaster for, and they exhibit the same!
It's OK if you have all the sites "active", but the sites "in-active" AND without navcode are in ring, and they shouldn't be...

The _Query_ is with the Site "Happys Circus"
Under the "old" system, the user wouln't have to sign in...
"Happys Circus" was the only site I have got left, and it doesn't appear "my sites" and I have not got the login for the webmaster...
And it hasn't got a navcode....
can you help?

We'll have a look at this, hang tight and we'll get it sorted out.

UPDATE: Okay, I believe this is fixed now. One of the SQL queries wasn't checking the 'active' state correctly, but it should be doing so now.

I don't live on the edge, but sometimes I go there to visit.
