Pending sites not showing up

Hi,
In the Manage Sites & Rings section it says I have 3 pending sites but when I click on it, there are none.  It did say I had 7 pending but I've processed 4 and there a no others listed.  Can someone tell me why this would be happening?

Please send a PM to me with your User Name and Password and we'll login and have a look. It may be that there were some pending sites that got deleted before they were approved.

Hi,
I have had the same problem happen again.  I received 2 emails notifying me of a new member in two of my rings.  I logged into management and clicked on Pending Sites - which shows there are 5 - but none show up on the next page.  I only received the emails today so they should not have expired.

I sent a pm with my username and password as requested on 7th Dec but have not received a reply.

I apologize for the delay in responding.

What had happened is that a user applied to join the rings in question and then deleted the sites before they were approved. (Why they would do this is beyond us, but that appears to be what they did.) As a result the "Pending" records were left in limbo. A code fix is being applied so that this shouldn't happen again.
