Yep, we had a drive crash and unfortunately the ISP wasn't doing backups like they should have, so we're going to get the drive and send it to a recovery service to see what can be recovered. That may take a few weeks, we're not sure.

With a little luck and a fair bit of $$$ for the recovery (we hope), we should be back to normal in a couple of weeks.
