When a site applies to join one of your Rings, you'll receive a notice in your Private Message area with a link to the Pending Sites page. (You can also reach this page by clicking on the My Rings & Sites link, then clicking on the Pending Sites link in the Ring & Site Manager page.)

In the Pending Sites page you'll see a list of any Sites that are waiting to be accepted or declined, as shown below:



You can view some basic information about each site by clicking the View Site Info tab. When you do, a window will slide open showing more information about the site:



If the Site Owner sent a message along with the request to join, the message will be shown next to the Owner Notes section.

To accept the site into your ring, click on the Accept Site tab and answer "OK" to the confirmation prompt.

To decline the site and NOT have it accepted into your ring, click on the Decline Site tab and answer "OK" to the confirmation prompt.

The Site Owner will receive a Private Message letting them know if the Site was accepted or declined.

Sites that you accept into a Ring are always placed in the last position in the Ring. You can alter this by going to your Manage My Rings page, and then clicking on the Manage Site Membership icon:
